The Summer Disco was held on Thursday 29th June.
Children came dressed for summer in their shorts, t-shirts, sandals, dresses etc.
It was the last school disco for our current Year 6 so we were delighted to see so many children attending!
There was the usual tuck shop selling drinks, crisps and sweets in 2E, with hot dogs and canned drinks in The Hub. To ease congestion at the tuck shop, we had the bigger 50p sweets and pre-bagged 50p mix-ups in the Hall.
The disco was 5pm – 6pm for Reception and Key Stage One (Y1 & Y2) and 6.15-7.15pm for Key Stage Two (Y3-Y6). Entry to the disco was £2 per child.
Just like the previous discos, parents do not have to stay with their children. Parents can leave their children and collect them afterwards. We know that some parents of younger children will still want to stay and you are more than welcome to do so. Tea and coffee will be on sale in The Hub where you are welcome to sit whilst your children enjoy themselves.
