Early Years Foundation Stage

Early Years at Thackley Primary School 

We have a wonderful Early Years Unit at Thackley Primary School and our latest Ofsted report in 2019 recognised it as, "A strength of the school." We have a 60 place Reception Unit consisting of two classes with 30 children in each. Each class has a Teacher and a Nursery Nurse or Teaching Assistant to support. We also have a 60 place Nursery setting, where children can do 15 or 30 hours a week. Our Nursery is run by a qualified Teacher and supported by a Nursery Nurse and Teaching Assistants.
