Our Year 6 children took part in a Bradford wide project. Lots of Bradford children read and studied the incredible book Boy 87 by Ele Fountain. Boy 87 tells the story of immigrants trying to flee to Europe through the eyes of a young boy called Shif.
Our children were then invited to a fantastic event at Bradford City Football Club to celebrate the end of the project.
We met Ele Fountain and she signed some books for us. We also enjoyed performances from Bradford singers, dancers, poets and lots more.
